We have decided it is time to give up our awesome house and get something a little more realistic! :( We hope that it sells quickly but you can never tell with this market. why why why?? Have you been considering to sell your home for awhile?? I know it will sell fast, its a beautiful place. Where will you be heading from there? Do you have a place picked out? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!

It is a decision based on lots and lots and lots of little things going on...I don't really want to talk about all of them. One main thing is that we may be moving in with N8's Grandma to help her out for a while... or until she passes away.. She has been needing a lot of help and it may be cheaper for her to pay us to be with her than for her to be in a senior facility. We haven't decided yet... but since we do not have kids... we were the first option. We are still looking at renting it because of the market. We may have someone who is interested in renting it... I guess this is a trial run to see how it does.
